Off Leash Freedom

Campers live on our 10 acre property in Somerset during their stay with us. We typically take only 1-3 dogs at a time to insure personal attention. In addition to formal obedience behaviors, house manners and manner while out in public are a big focus of this program. This allows the dogs to go home and be full members of their family. Daily trips out of the house allow for working on distractions, engagement, and proper social skills. Every day includes several training sessions and playtime with other dogs. Additional mental stimulation includes marrow bone, stuffed kongs, and pickle toys!

To insure the most personal attention we only take 2 dogs at time. 

We offer two Off Leash Freedom options to suite each families budget and  needs.

About The Camp

Your dog will spend 4 weeks living with us in a 24/7 immersion program.  During that time they will be learning how to respond to commands OFF LEASH and become a balanced member of your family. In addition to the training the dogs complete here, dog and owner also complete one on one sessions to get all the training transferred home. These sessions are vital to making sure everyone is on the same page.

This camp is for owners that are serious about having a dog that is truly trained. They want their dog to be part of their family and to enjoy outside off leash time with their pets. Each camp varies and is custom for each dog but general dogs will learn:

  • Sit
  • Down
  • Stay
  • Place bed
  • Loose leash walking
  • Wait at door ways
  • Come when called even around distractions
  • Leave it
  • No jumping when greeting
  • Quite command
  • Self control around other dogs

Option One:
Classic Off Leash Freedom

This is the same amazing camp that we have been offering owners for years. The focus of this camp is the training of the dog first and formost! Owners that are comfortable with our classic model are able to have their dog trained at our lowest price . In addition to the board and train this camp includes:

1 – 90 min go home session

1 – follow up session 2-4 weeks after your go home

2-3 total updates during camp ( no news is good news! )

As time allows photos of your dog will be posted to our social media.

Option Two:
Upgraded Off Leash Freedom

Over the last few years some owners have become more and more anxious about sending their dogs to camp. They stuggle to be away from their dog and follow the no news is good news model. This camp has all the same amazing training of our classic camp but allows for more contact and updates to easy owners minds.

1 – 60 min mid camp session around week 2-3

1 – 90 min go home session

1 – 60 min session 2-4 weeks after your dog goes home

2 updates per week on Tuesday and Friday

2 photos per week on Tuesday and Friday

1 short video week 1

1 short video week 2 or 4

Video library week 4

Written follow up after the go home session.

Cost $4700.

This camp is for dogs over the age of 5 months old that have no behavior issues, are in good heath, and are motivated for food or toys. Email us with any questions or to get your dog signed up today.
